Orders

How to know the status of your order: once you finalize your order and payment, you will receive a very awesome confirmation email from us. If you can’t find it easily, please look for it on your Spam or Junk folder. If you look there and it’s still missing, email our Customer Service Department at geekricangear@tercerhombre.com and we’ll check our system. Orders typically ship within 3-7 days - but we will try our best to send your items as soon as possible.

How to modify your order: send us an email to geekricangear@tercerhombre.com to see if we can modify your order. If it has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify it.

How to cancel your order: we process all orders within a time frame of 24 hours, send us an email to geekricangear@tercerhombre.com so we can check in our systems if your order has not been fulfilled. After your order is fulfilled and/or shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

Shipping and Tracking

We currently ship to United States and of course… Puerto Rico! For detailed information about our process, click HERE. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package by email.

Re-Issue Designs

All our Geekrican designs are extremely limited. Once they are sold out, we will not re-print them anymore. We want all our pieces to be collectibles! If we do decide to make more quantities of a design, it will have a variant. Your design will be unique!

Clothing Care

You need to handle your Geekrican clothing or accesories with care. All our tshirts need to be washed with cold water and tumble dry low.

Your Payment is Secure

This website receives payment by Stripe, a secure payment service used all around the world. Your confidential data is transmitted and encrypted.

Will all Geekrican items found here be sold at the next Puerto Rico Comic Con?

The real answer is: we are not sure. If there are products in our warehouse when the show comes in May, we will sell them at our Official Brand Store inside the event - but we’re not promising anything. If you want to make sure that you don’t miss out on purchasing the GREATEST GEAR EVER, then buy it today here. Remember, at the show, we will have a limited amount of sizes.
